Frequently Asked Questions

• If your jewelry falls off within 30 days but still maintains its original, structural integrity, we are happy to re-weld your bracelet at no additional cost at any of our pop-ups.  You will need to provide the original bracelet at the time of re-welding.
• If your jewelry falls off after 30 days, we can re-weld your bracelet for a charge of $10 per bracelet at any of our pop-ups. You will need to provide the original bracelet at the time of re-welding.
• In the event your jewelry falls off, please email us as soon as it happens and provide an image of the chain so we can assess if there was any irreparable damage done.

• Pulling/harsh tugging of your bracelet may weaken the links in your chain, causing it to fall off. 
• Depending on the type of metal, exposure to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine, may decrease the luster of your chain.
• If you’ve purchased a silver chain, we recommend polishing your jewelry with a silver polishing cloth as needed to help maintain its shine.
